Gloria Martín said that this attitude is very far from the "total transparency" and the "maximum participation" of which Mateos presumes, and has demanded that the councilors of his Municipal Group be part of any call that affects "the public interest" as "legitimate representatives of the Lorca".
"Mateos cannot beg for collaboration and respect while he is not at all," said the mayor of IU-Verdes, who has asked the Mayor to act with "responsibility" and be consistent with the "arithmetic reality" that came out of the polls.

And it is that Gloria Martín has remembered that the support to the PSOE is conditioned to the application of the points that appear in the Covenant of investiture, and that IU has "the mandate" of its militancy and its voters to exercise a "vigilant" role for compliance.
For this reason, he has claimed that Izquierda Unida is an "active part" in the preparation of the budget and ordinances, as well as that this formation "is not marginalized" in important matters that affect the municipality.
