The Local Police Councilor has detailed that "this unit will be provided with 40 agents, divided into five subgroups with seven agents each, in addition to a sub-inspector. Of the total agents, 20 will be assigned to the districts, although, nevertheless, in specific moments and when the needs require it, they will be able to provide service at other points, thanks to the versatility that has been provided, at certain times you can move more human resources to certain districts when necessary.

Ruiz Guillén stressed that "the special unit does not disappear, but that it is refounded into a new Citizen Security Intervention Group (GISC) unit that will support this unit when necessary both in urban areas and in districts, as previously done, formed by 14 agents and two sub-inspectors, all coordinated by an inspector who will be in charge of these units and who will coordinate resources in certain geographical areas that demand it. "

Double cash in districts

For his part, the chief commissioner of the Local Police of Lorca, José Antonio Sansegundo, recalled that "the missing UAP (Unit of Pedanías) had 10 agents and a sub-inspector, now it will be destined only to districts only twice as many police officers , since although the UAP UPROL combination was working well with excellent security results, we understood that there was a lack of proximity with citizens, something that is now being encouraged by the creation of the UDIF that will be won in dealing with neighbors and in security with the Citizen Security Intervention Group with preventive controls in the immediate vicinity of the districts, with both uniformed and civilian agents.
