Pérez explained that "with these grants, which consist of a discount on the price of the regular online bus ticket for passengers in those districts where there is bus service, students will pay only 1 euro per day to the transport company and the Consistory will be responsible for paying the remaining amount to the company. "

The Edil has detailed the requirements to access the call that "students interested in obtaining aid study Baccalaureate and Training Cycles during the academic year 2019-2020 in any of the schools located in the urban center of Lorca ; reside in a district of the municipality in which, to travel to said educational center there is regular interurban public transport by road; parents, guardians or legal representatives of students will have to be up to date in compliance with their tax obligations both against Social Security and the City of Lorca and all the requirements required must be met when the request for assistance is submitted and maintained throughout the subsidized period. "

Pérez Segura recalled that "the beneficiary students of the call corresponding to the months of October to December 2019, do not have to reapply, since they are automatically included in that from January to June 2020".

The Councilor for Education has specified that "the application to be completed can be collected at the Department of Education, through the website of the City of Lorca and in the schools themselves and to present them can be done both in person at the Registry General of the Municipal Consistory or electronically through the electronic headquarters of the municipal website ".

Antonia Pérez has shown that "it is an aid, in kind, to students who are given a monthly bonus that proves their status as beneficiary of this aid and whose coverage will correspond to the school days stipulated in the academic calendar ".
