The councilor of the United Left-Greens, Gloria Martín, has demanded the team from the local government team of the City of Lorca (PSOE and C's) to "scrupulously" respect the Law of Coordination of Local Police of the Region of Murcia that limits a 20% vacant positions for agents that can be filled with local police from other municipalities in the Region.
IU-Verdes thus supports the decision of the CCOO Trade Union Section in the City of Lorca, which has lodged an appeal to the call to cover eight positions of Local Police Agent by the Mobility procedure (80%), leaving only two of access for the free shift (20%), just the other way around.
For Martín it is "unacceptable" that a public administration skips the legality, on which it is only possible to fulfill it.
"We ask you to go back so that the offer is carried out as soon as possible and does not have to be paralyzed," said the mayor of IU-Verdes who added that "it is preferable to correct before someone reminds the City of its obligation to comply with the Law. "
In addition, he recalled the need for the City Council to favor, in accordance with the Law, the incorporation into this Corps of young Lorca who have been preparing these oppositions for years and whose possibilities are reduced to only two places with the current call.
