The spokesman of the municipal group of Citizens in Lorca, Francisco Morales, has shown his "surprise" by the attitude of the mayor of the PP, "bringing to the full hints about the assignments of our municipal group in the previous legislature."
The deputy mayor added that "the government team is surprised that you give truth to a councilman who you disapproved and said they were tired of hearing falsehoods and personal attacks."
In turn, Morales recalls that this alleged complaint occurred in April, the PP being in the Government until June 15, “and all that time they ignored this supposed fact that they now denounce, which raises questions about what they are the true intentions that moved them to bring it to the Plenary. ”
The mayor of Lorca has reaffirmed that "the objective of this government team is to work with the greatest transparency" and in this regard he stressed - in relation to the alleged complaint he was carrying out - that "there is no record of complaint even in the services of the City of Lorca, neither in the Intervention, nor in the Secretariat.
In fact, there is no record of any complaint filed in this town hall, nor does Citizens have it. ”
Morales added that "if this complaint exists, we will be happy to analyze it and, if it is true that an irregularity has been committed, we can proceed in this regard, because I reiterate that transparency is our currency."
Morales wanted to clarify that "all the money from his municipal group is in the municipal group's account, as is the case with the rest of the groups."
The mayor, along with the rest of the government team, has demanded “a constructive opposition that makes Lorca a better municipality” and that issues “based on personal attacks and insinuations supported by untested news that only try to deal with fool the Lorca people. "
