The popular require the City Council and the CHS to move file to correct this problem, obtaining the authorization to connect the roads as was already planned within the construction project of the new bridge over the Rambla de Biznaga
The Spokesman of the Municipal Municipal Group in the City of Lorca, Fulgencio Gil, has demanded from the Segura Hydrographic Confederation (CHS) the immediate unlocking of the road that the residents of the La Bodega site have been using “from a lifetimeâ€, in the Deputation of Aguaderas.
These citizens have found that the CHS has chosen to prevent the passage to this public road, which today remains fenced and closed because said basin agency does not want the neighbors to use it.
We are not talking about an insecure road, of new creation or that constitutes a motive for controversy among the neighbors of the area, but it is the communication path they have always used.
In fact, improved access to it had been enabled, included in the construction of the new bridge over the Rambla de Biznaga, but unfortunately the administrative slowness of the CHS once again harms Lorca.
It is not acceptable for the Confederation to try to suppress this connection, since instead of preventing the execution of large-scale projects that are very beneficial for citizens, it should fulfill its function.
We have to remember that, for example, they have accumulated almost 2 years without cleaning a single branch of our municipal district, despite the continuous requirements to the effect that we have sent them by the Popular Party.
The lack of response of the CHS has generated a real problem for these neighbors, creating a situation very similar to the one already known as the “highway of the bancalâ€.
What we request from the PP is that "put the batteries", and already issue the authorization to connect this vial, because it is what the neighbors need.
The CHS has to act with the necessary speed on the issues that have to do with Lorca, since the paralysis of its work has been damaging investments and projects of work of special relevance.
Thus, it also continues to prevent the entry into service of the new Limusa logistics base, which is still awaiting a response to the authorization for waste disposal.
And the transfer of the plot to build the health center that the San Cristóbal neighborhood needs is also blocked because of the CHS.
