Lorca starts on Monday the pastoral visit to Lorca]
The Bishop of Cartagena, Mons. Jos Manuel Lorca Planes, will begin the pastoral visit to the area of Lorca on Monday.
From November 25 to February 21, the bishop will visit three arciprestazgos: Urban Lorca, Campo de Lorca Norte and Campo de Lorca Sur.
The pastoral visit will help the bishop to know first hand each of the realities of the Church in these localities.
“I hope you live this encounter intensely, I have been living it with enthusiasm for a long time,” says Mons. Lorca.
The pastoral visit will begin on Monday in La Paca;
the bishop will be on Tuesday Zarcilla de Ramos;
on Thursday, Fuensanta and La Parroquia;
and on Friday Coy and Aviles.
The visit will continue on December 9 in Almendricos;
on 12, the bishop will go to El Esparragal;
13, to La Hoya;
and on the 14th and 15th it will be in Puerto Lumbreras.
On Sunday December 22, the bishop will move to Santa Gertrudis and Marchena.
After the Christmas holidays, Mons. Lorca will resume the pastoral visit on January 13 in the city of Lorca.
The Bishop of Cartagena invites those who live in the city of Lorca, in Puerto Lumbreras or in the districts and councils of these municipalities, to prepare “to be able to praise and bless the Lord together”.
