The mayor of Contracting, Isidro Abellán, recalled that "these works will be awarded through an open procedure, for a budget of 1.78 million euros and with a 12 month lead time."
The Councilor of Hiring of the City council of Lorca, Isidro Abellán has informed that "from this noon the administrative clauses and the project for the rehabilitation of the Coso de Sutullena are published".
The mayor of Contracting has explained that in this way "the different companies may submit their offers and do so until Friday, January 3, at 1:00 p.m., day until which the deadline for submission will be open."
Abellán recalled that these works will be awarded by open procedure according to several criteria.
The tender budget amounts to 1,782,782.33 euros and the term of execution of the planned work will be 12 months. "
The councilor has insisted that this is the first step in becoming the goal of turning Sutullena's Coso into a multipurpose space in which musical, cultural, and sports performances can be accommodated, among others.
Finally, Abellán Chicano recalled that "the delay in bidding has been due to the improvements that have been introduced in the initial project, such as, for example, the expansion of premises for hotel use, as well as other rooms" .
