The Department of Citizen Security and Local Police will establish special traffic rules for vehicle traffic, as well as alternative itineraries for cars that have to travel nearby.
The Councilor for Citizen Security of the City of Lorca, José Luis Ruiz Guillén has reported that, as of next Thursday, November 28, there will be traffic cuts on Santa Clara Avenue, at the height of the Gold Fountain, with reason for the urban renovation works that will be carried out in this area of ​​the city.
The mayor of Public Safety has detailed that for this reason "special traffic rules will be established for vehicle traffic, as well as alternative routes for those cars that have to travel nearby."
Vehicles coming from the Old Bridge of Barrio San Cristóbal and Ctra. La Fuensanta, RM-701 towards Águilas, the Nuevo San Diego Bridge roundabout with Avenida Juan Carlos I, will be diverted along Puente La Alberca Street, Santo Domingo, Boilermakers Lane, Eugenio Ubeda, Avda. Juan Carlos I, all directions.
Or on Calle Mayor, Caballón, Puente Gimeno, Rotonda Avda. Europa made all directions.
As for urban buses, they will follow their usual itinerary, only the route of those coming from the San Diego-Avda Bridge Roundabout will be modified.

Ruiz Guillén recalled that "pedestrians are advised to avoid accidents, in addition the Local Police will be responsible for correctly indicating the signaling of the deviations of alternative vehicle transit routes, for the best development of traffic safety in Our city".
