The Councilor for Local Development and Employment of the City of Lorca, Isabel Casalduero, reported this morning that the City of Lorca has obtained the quality certificate in ISO 9001: 2015.
The mayor of Local Development and Employment has detailed that "in recent months the Department of Local Development has been evaluated for compliance with the requirements contained in this ISO 9001: 2015 regulation, finally obtaining this certification.
One of the benefits of obtaining this Certificate, according to the mayor of Employment, "is that when applying for grants from different Administrations, we can be valued with a higher score."
Casalduero Jódar recalled that "with the obtaining of this ISO 9001 Certificate, one of the objectives of this government team is met, such as to ensure the quality of the services provided.
The certifying company has been OCA Instituto de certificación SLU with the collaboration of the Murcian consulting firm FORO DE ESTUDIOS SOCIOSANITARIOS SL
The director of the FORO DE ESTUDIOS SOCIOSANITARIOS SL, José Tornero and the representative of the certifying company were OCA Certification Institute SLU, Carmen Vico.
Finally, the councilor has reiterated that "from the offices of the Department of Local Development is made available to users a wide range of options, services and staff to help those who want to get a job, expand their training or also put in march new business initiatives. "
