The Councilor for Health and Consumer Affairs of the City of Lorca, José Ángel Ponce, has informed the Lorca company a series of recommendations when buying during the sale period.

"

José Ángel Ponce has continued indicating that "in the offer of items with price reduction, the previous price must be clearly stated in each of them, together with the reduced price, unless they are items for sale for the first time , and shall be understood as the previous price, the lowest that would have been applied to identical products in the preceding thirty days. "

"The duration of each sales period will be freely established by the criteria of each merchant but it will have to be clearly specified in the sales announcements and, where appropriate, the special rules applicable to them," said the councilor.
