"We have sent all the necessary documentation for the approval of the opening of this center both in the morning hours to offer the childcare service to children between 0 and 3 years of La Hoya, and for its opening also in the afternoon hours in this case for APAT members to carry out the different services ".
The Councilor for Equality of the City of Lorca, Antonia Pérez, has been surprised at the statements made this morning by the Popular Party on the Center for Child Care in La Hoya.
Pérez explained that "from the first minute that this Government Team manages the City of Lorca works to guarantee the provision of the service both in the center of La Hoya and in La Paca, a service that before we started working Seriously, his management was 'a leap of kills', it has been during all these years of popular government when truly both users and managers had to 'seek life' and hope that the service did not close overnight.
"It is now this Government Team, who does believe in social policy, who holds meetings with associations and groups and puts all the cards on the table to ensure quality service and end the uncertainty that the residents of the area have had always about a closure that has always threatened both the CAI of La Hoya and the PAI of La Paca, "said the Councilor for Education.
Pérez Segura has advanced that "the meetings that we have held have borne fruit and it has been the Association of Parents of Early Care, APAT, with whom we work to launch this morning nursery service with the main objective that this Team of Government has always sought to give stability and tranquility to both parents who bring their children to these nurseries and to the workers themselves and avoid continuing with the continuous patches that the PP has been putting on all these years. "
The Councilor for Equality has informed that "from the City of Lorca we have sent all the necessary documentation to the Ministry of Equality to obtain the permission of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia for its opening also in the afternoon in this case so that APAT members can carry out the different services and therapies they perform in children with functional diversity. "
Antonia Pérez has insisted that "it is therefore a question of offering a stable and quality service and, also, profiting an infrastructure through the format of the Child Care Center in the morning and center of attention to children of Lorca with special needs in the afternoon ".
