The Councilors of Rural Development and Citizen Participation in the City of Lorca by the Popular Party, Ángel Meca and Mari Huertas García, have reported that after more than 130 days of the DANA episode and 90 days since we publicly denounced this issue, they continue being numerous the neighbors who put in contact with our group to transfer us the unease for the state of the roads, since the present local government continues without attending the requests of arrangement or cleaning of these roads.

The reality is that it has been more than 4 months since Lorca, especially in the districts of Campillo, Purias and Torrecilla, suffered the harmful effects of DANA, and the roads remain unrepaired.

We must remember that after the rains in mid-September, several roads and municipal roads were damaged by the rains, either by breakage or by dragging lands on roads and shoulders.

Such is the case of several roads located in Ramonete, Purias, Campillo, Torrecilla, Almendricos and La Campana that are still not cleaned not only since the mentioned episode of torrential rains in September, but even since the rains that were recorded at the end of last month of August.

We are talking about internal communication routes between these deputations that have remained the same since mid-September and, in some cases, constitute a risk for road traffic, due to lack of signaling or marking of breaks.

Ángel Meca has stressed that both the neighbors themselves and our municipal group believe that the current government team has had more than enough time to address all these incidents.

That is why in the next plenary session of the Municipal Consistory we will return to this issue in front of the current mayor, to know if he plans 130 days later to proceed to repair and clean the roads and municipal roads affected by the DANA, and we also want to know when They plan to carry out the necessary actions.

For the Lorca affected by the DANA from September to today, the socialist government of Pedro Sánchez, so applauded and celebrated by the current local government of the PSOE, has disbursed the generous amount of "ZERO EUROS" in aid for the residents who were affected as much for the intense rains as for the hailstorm that struck Purias and Campillo.

We want all Lorca to know that unlike what has happened with these victims, the PSOE government has approved and granted aid batteries for those affected in other regions, which constitutes discriminatory treatment and marginalization against Lorca.

Since the PP have also denounced that as a result of the aforementioned DANA last September the building of the Old Schools of Felí suffered serious damage to its roof, causing, among other issues, water leaks.

After four months without any municipal action, users of these facilities continue to suffer the ravages caused by the DANA, which are specified in broken shutters, completely covered with moisture, paint in very poor condition, as well as humidities and multiple conditions in partition walls and solado because of the leaks that continue to occur, making it impossible to carry out the activities that were being carried out, both for safety and health.

Given the need for the City Council, after more than 4 months since this hailstorm was registered, to act urgently to correct these problems, and that it must have the compensation of the insurance that gives economic coverage to execute the works of Correction of these damages, we want to know what actions they intend to carry out, if they have any, in said premises and when, since the users of this infrastructure, among them the Purias gang, are still unable to develop their activities normally.
