The objective is, according to the councilor responsible for the matter, Antonio Navarro "to establish the priorities and the subsequent execution of the pertinent improvements to make these spaces safer places and to condition them for the enjoyment of the whole family".
The Councilor for Parks and Gardens of the City of Lorca, Antonio Navarro, has advanced that "the Consistorio Lorquino will make reports on the state of security of parks, gardens and areas with biosaludables appliances that the municipality has.
The mayor of Parks and Gardens has explained that "from the City Council we have decided to inspect all the playgrounds and biosaludables of our extensive municipal area that are many, and do so in compliance with RD 1801/2003."
Navarro Pérez has detailed that "specifically there are 75 playgrounds that are distributed between the urban center and the districts, and 27 biosaludables, that is, those that are defined as green spaces located in the cities, composed of different gymnastics equipment , which allow to maintain the physical form and prevent or treat different ailments or specific injuries ".
The Councilor for Parks and Gardens has indicated that "for this, a specialized and independent company has been requested to perform the inspection of said areas, informing of the deficiencies in those cases that may exist and of the security certificate in which it is applicable."
Finally, Antonio Navarro has informed that "based on the result of this audit, priorities will be established, as well as the subsequent execution of the improvements that are pertinent with the objective of making these spaces safer and more conditioned places for the enjoyment of the whole family".
