Diego José Mateos recalled that "there is an agreement of the Board of Directors of the company Aguas de Lorca to proceed to regularize these shots, but not only in the neighborhood of San Pedro, but also in other areas of the municipality, such as the districts in the that there are neighbors who are taking advantage of the supply of drinking water and without paying the corresponding amount for said service as any other Lorca.

Mateos Molina has insisted that "this regularization is being done and from the City Council we want to be aware that water is a public service, because we cannot continue to allow any neighbor, wherever it may be, to carry out this bad practice of capturing water illegally, without being aware of the volume of water being consumed. "
