The Councilor for Public Safety has explained that "one of the arrests was carried out when the agents, who were carrying out preventive surveillance on one of the streets where they usually frequent people of police interest, observed a group at the door of a building of young people, and among which, one of them presented a great state of nervousness, which is why the agents decided to proceed with their identification and frisking. "

Ruiz Guillén added that "when the performers were intervening with this person, he, after a struggle, managed to dodge and undertake the flight on foot, initiating a chase that ran hundreds of meters through different streets, until, thanks to a large police deployment, it was possible to reach him. The agents perching like this person, before being intercepted, had detached themselves from a black plastic object and a white bag. "

The councilor has detailed that "once the objects were recovered, the agents could examine that it was a precision balance, used to prepare the drug doses for sale, as well as that the white bag contained a significant amount of cocaine, specifically 22 grams. So he was arrested for a crime against Public Health and later transferred to the National Police Corps where he was detained for judicial release. "

On the other hand, Ruiz Guillén has affirmed that "the second detention occurred when the agents stopped a vehicle, which was driven by a person who lacked a valid permit in Spain, also verifying that this person was illegally in Spanish territory, being detained for violation of the Aliens Act ".
