Of the total of 75,823 receipts issued, with a full installment of € 7,134,819.50, 14,992 correspond to bonus installments, since they are, among others, historic vehicles or those over 26 years old;

electric, hybrid or using gas as fuel;

as well as those whose drivers have provided the disability certificate.

The Councilor of Finance of the City of Lorca, Isidro Abellán, has informed that the Tax on Vehicles of Mechanical Traction (IVTM) corresponding to the year 2020 is already being collected.

The mayor of the Treasury has indicated that a total of 75,823 receipts are placed with a full installment of 7,134,819.50 euros, of which 1,358,224.63 euros correspond to bonus installments, a total of 14,992 receipts.

The payment of receipts in voluntary period is open from last Monday, March 2 and will do so until May 20, both inclusive.

Direct debits, not covered by the personalized tax plan, will be charged to the account provided by the taxpayer.

Isidro Abellán has detailed that among the bonuses of this tax is that of € 100 of the fee for those historic vehicles or those with a minimum age of 26 years;

the bonus in the tax quota in the year of its registration and during the following two years, to those electric vehicles and / or zero emissions, by 75%;

hybrid vehicles, which combine an exposure engine with an electric motorcycle, by 60%;

vehicles that, according to their factory approval, use gas as fuel and incorporate catalytic devices, appropriate to their class and model, that minimize polluting emissions;

They will have a 50% discount.

The mayor of the Treasury recalled that people with reduced mobility who have provided the disability certificate, issued by the competent body, and the justification of the destination of the vehicle, and on the other hand tractors, trailers, semi-trailers are exempt from paying this tax and machinery equipped with an Agricultural Inspection Card.

In both cases, these beneficiaries were issued the corresponding document proving their grant.

Finally, Abellán Chicano recalled that, among other measures, "in the fiscal ordinances for this year it was decided to freeze the tax on Mechanical Traction Vehicles."
