The councils are aimed at retail commercial establishments for food, beverages, essential goods and products, pharmaceutical, medical, optical and orthopedic establishments, hygiene products, press and stationery, automotive fuel, tobacconists, technological and telecommunications equipment, pet food, internet commerce, telephone or correspondence, dry cleaners and laundries, in accordance with the provisions of the Royal Decree declaring the state of alarm to deal with the coronavirus.
