Workers assigned to non-essential services should not go to their work centers and the paid and recoverable leave provided for in this new regulation will be applied to them.

The Councilor for Personnel and Interior Regime of the City of Lorca, Isidro Abellán, has reported that, after the approval, this Sunday, in the Council of Ministers of a recoverable paid permit for workers of non-essential services, from the Lorquist Consistory What are these essential services have been established, with the objective that the workers of these activities do not travel to the work centers, in the shifts that they had pre-established.

The mayor of Personal has explained that "this measure is a novelty, as well as the practical inactivity or paralysis of administrative management in this City Council, as in other Administrations, as a consequence of the serious health crisis caused by the pandemic we are experiencing" .

Isidro Abellán has detailed that "essential services are considered in this local Administration, Local Police; Civil Protection and Emergencies; Administrative Services such as General Secretariat; Local Government Office, Minutes and Registry; General Auditor; section of payments, expenses and income and inspection; Treasurer; Director of the Economic and Budgetary Office; Director of the Legal Department; Office of the Mayor's Office, for information to citizens; Personnel and Internal Regime (the personnel who perform functions in the concierge, in certain cases); Occupational Health and Occupational Risk Prevention ; Switchboard and Guard Unit of the Town Hall; Computing Section, regarding the operation of technological networks and infrastructures; Management of sanctions, in relation to the state of alarm and non-compliance with municipal ordinances; Social Services; Attention to victims of gender violence and Foster Home; Electric Service; D

Urban planning discipline, with regard to declarations of threat of imminent ruin or execution orders for the conservation of the building that cannot be postponed;

Health and Consumption;

Squares and Markets (regarding the guarantee of opening of the Plaza de Abastos);

Ayuntamóvil;

Services with seals for emergencies, garden maintenance and safety for people regarding the state of the trees and maintenance of public roads, with the same safety purpose.

These services will be carried out in shifts and / or in the teleworking modality, except those that necessarily require physical presence such as Local Police and Civil Protection and Emergencies.

In addition to the Comprehensive Water Cycle Service, drinking water supply, "Aguas de Lorca";

Cleaning service, garbage collection, waste treatment and others, LIMUSA;

and Urban transport service provided by LIMUSA.

Abellán Chicano explained that "the rest of the services, considered non-essential, and the workers assigned to them must not go to their work centers to provide their services through the shifts established on March 16, in accordance with the provisions in Royal Decree-Law 10/2020, of March 29, from March 31 to April 8 ".
