| As published in the BOE | The popular believe that the residents of districts should have been informed by the City Council, that just a few hours after this measure is effective, they still do not know that the system of limitation by stripes is not applicable in their councils.The councilor of the Popular Party in the City of Lorca, Rosa Mª Medina, has reported that, according to the publication made this morning by the current central government in the Official State Gazette (BOE), the limitations established through the so-called "system of time bands" are not applicable in any of the districts belonging to the municipality of Lorca, as they are "entities with a territorial scope inferior to the Municipality".In this way, the time bands set by the Government to be able to go out to do sport individually or to walk with another person starting tomorrow, Saturday, May 2, do not apply to districts with less than 5,000 inhabitants.

This is reflected in the decree approved by the central government, which specifies that these time restrictions "will not apply to those municipalities and entities with a territorial scope less than the municipality that administer separate population centers with a population equal to or less than 5,000 inhabitants." In these places, therefore, the practice of outdoor sports activities can be carried out between six in the morning and eleven at night.Rosa Medina has stated that we ignore the reason that has led the current local government to ignore this issue, but we are aware that other localities in our Autonomous Community that also have districts in their municipal area, have done their homework, proceeding to transfer an official consultation to the Government Delegation in our Region, which has confirmed that this type of population nucleus, provided that the residents of the districts that do not have more than 5,000 inhabitants, are exempt from the obligations established for the Citizen exits that start tomorrow, Saturday, May 2 in their respective population centers.From the Lorca PP they have indicated that this situation is one more consequence of the chaotic and improvised management of the socio-communist government that all the Spanish are suffering, and that their allies of the current local government in our City Council cheer and applaud.

We have to be, once again, the public representatives of the Popular Party who react to address the problems and uncertainties of the people of Lorca, as we have already done by forcing the holding of a Monographic Plenary to try to carry out the social and economic proposals that our municipality needs , and that make up the LORCA RESPONDE Plan.
