| "But because of the PSOE we continue to suffer a dilapidated, dirty and degraded site" | The works, awarded by the PP, were paralyzed by the PSOE with the applause of the current local governmentWe are before the real "MONUMENTO A LA VERGÜENZA", a work in which after two years not a single brick has been placed. The spokesman for the Popular Party in the municipality of Lorca, Fulgencio Gil, has publicly denounced that today the Palace of Justice had to be finished, as indicated by the poster located in the work itself, and working, serving all Lorca, as well as the citizens of our judicial party, but because of the PSOE all we have are ruins, garbage and dirt.
For the PSOE the Palace of Justice is a project of brake and reverse. We are before the true monument of Pedro Sánchez and the PSOE to oblivion, punishment and abandonment against Lorca.
This site continues to accumulate dirt and brush due to the laziness of a central government that has neglected the needs of Lorca. They said that Lorca was going to "shine", and the only thing that really shines is the abandonment of the government of Spain against our city with the applause of the Lorca PSOE.
The construction of the Palace of Justice was one of the fundamental axes to achieve the strengthening of the subregional capital of Lorca and our historical leadership as head of the region, but the abandonment of the Pedro Sánchez government is making us all lose time, opportunities and money. Before, some people shouted in the sky because they assured that they were going to recover the old town, but as soon as they seized power from a stretcher table, they lacked time to take on the project of the Palace of Justice and the urban improvement of the Plaza from San Vicente and the old police station.
This is the reality, and when the PSOE is put against the mirror, all the shames of its terrible management are discovered. We leave the work done, the investments committed and reserved, everything completed to arrive and inaugurate it, and in response we are finding chaos and inaction.
They have everything stopped, and the projects that are carried out are done thanks to the impulse of the regional government of Fernando López Miras. At this point it is obvious that the first decision made by the Ministry of Justice was to take over the project of the Palace of Justice of Lorca, a measure that adds to the extensive list of nonsense that the PSOE of Pedro Sánchez and Diego J.
Mateos are committing against our city.
Where is the defense of the interests of the people of Lorca that the PSOE mayor should be exercising? They have not presented a single initiative to demand what this city needs in matters of justice. From the PP we are leading a parliamentary offensive demanding that the central government assume as irrevocable to build the Palace of Justice in the old town, and we are periodically presenting motions in the Plenary session of the Lorca City Council, Regional Assembly, Senate of the Kingdom of Spain and in the Congress of Deputies defending this issue. The PSOE closes the transfer, takes away the IBI bonus, does not condone the interests of those affected by the earthquake, denies us the 3 million for works in districts that correspond to the municipality, and has stopped the arrival of the AVE and the burial . The Palace of Justice is yet another victim of the "scorched earth" policy that the socialists are employing against our municipality in all its aspects.
In Lorca we do not even want to hear about other approaches that are not respecting what has been agreed, that is, that the judicial headquarters are in the old town.
We already know that the PSOE is trying to convince us to change its location, but we will not allow it. We are going to oppose head on.
The fight that we have developed together with Lorca society is not going to fall on deaf ears now.
We are not going to allow the PSOE to obstruct this project after all that it has cost us to carry it forward.
The Palace of Justice has to be built on the reserved plot in the old town, because that is the commitment with the groups of professionals in the field of justice, and the Ministry must stop "making the partridge dizzy" Lorca has seven courts of first instance and instruction and two criminal courts.
The impossibility of the current Palace of Justice to accommodate new judicial bodies has meant that the courts that have been created over the last few years are currently spread over four different locations in the city.
This dispersion causes numerous damages and inconveniences to officials, professionals and citizens.
