Do you know what a “mask” is in the decoration of buildings? It is an ornament present on the facades formed by a fantastic, grotesque or misshapen face.On the facade of the Municipal Archaeological Museum of Lorca there are several masks as well as in other buildings in the city.Taking advantage of the Murcia Region Day you can go for a walk around Lorca and have fun locating at least 3 masks in different buildings.
If the photographs taking a selfie and indicating the place where they are, you can participate in a contest where the prize will be an original and useful pendrive.The first mask is provided by us: you can choose between one of the façades of the Municipal Archaeological Museum that appear in the attached photo, which you will have to photograph without a mask.To participate in the contest, you can send us the images that we ask for indicating their location by private message through the Facebook of the Department of Culture of the City of Lorca: https://www.facebook.com/culturalorca, or send them as attachments to the following email: museoarqueologicodelorca@gmail.comAmong the winners, a draw will be held on Friday, June 12, 2020, the winner will be notified and published on Facebook.Good luck!
