| Oscar Emilio Barrera for his ´Cassetes´ photo and Mauro Bersanker for his work ´Balcones´ | It is planned that this summer the exhibition will be held in which the photographs selected by the jury can be seen more closely and that will also form part of a digital catalog that will be disseminated through the internet and social networks. The Councilor for Culture of the City of Lorca, María Angeles Mazuecos, has announced, this morning, the decision of the jury of the Photography Competition / CREAENCASA /, launched through the Popular University of Lorca. The Councilor for Culture has detailed that "there have been a total of 31 participants in this event, with works that have not only come from Lorca, but also from other parts of the Region and national territory." María Ángeles Mazuecos has pointed out that the quality of the works has been very high, the jury has not had it easy to choose the winners who have gone to Oscar Emilio Barrera Tevar (Valencia) for his 'Cassetes' Photo and who will receive a camera of Reflex photos; and the second prize went to Mauro Bersanker (Barcelona) for his 'Balcones' Photo, who will get another camera ". Mazuecos added that five finalists have also been selected, who have been Antonio David Perez de Tudela Alcaraz (Lorca) for his photo 'Mascariila Frigo'; Armando González Alameda (Madrid) for 'Playa mascarilla'; Juan Luis García Egea (Lorca) for his photograph 'Teatro Guerra Vacuum'; Matías Giner Reverte (Lorca) for 'Hands balcony'; and finally, Oscar Emilio Barrera Tevar (Valencia) for 'Barendero'. Mazuecos Moreno has thanked the quality of all the works presented and that have allowed us to get an idea of ??how we have lived these days of confinement in our houses where the balconies and windows became our only contact with the outside, the importance acquired by the everyday things like having a cup of coffee or the essential that the mask has done in our day to day.

" The mayor of Culture has reiterated that "the purpose that we set ourselves with this initiative has been more than fulfilled, which was to exercise creative capacity through the objective of a photo camera, expressing emotions, encouragement and art through an image with the requirement that all these photographs be taken without leaving home.

" The head of Culture has announced that "the exhibition is scheduled to take place between June and July and it will be possible to take a closer look at the 30 photographs selected by the jury and which will also form part of a digital catalog that will be disseminated through Internet and social networks ". It is worth remembering the solidarity character that this contest has also had since for each registered participant the Popular University has donated two euros for the purchase of sanitary material to fight the coronavirus, as well as food for people in vulnerable situations.
