As a novelty, explained the mayor "study is allowed in the room, with an authorized maximum of up to 50% of the capacity, but always complying with the interpersonal distance of two meters in all cases, and always with the use of a mask when this does not it can be ensured, as well as with all the required cleaning and hygiene measures, in addition Pérez Segura has specified that "for this, the basement floor (Library Study room) and the 1st Floor (Consultation Room) have been adapted, with a total of 57 study spaces distributed 25 in the basement study room and 32 on the 1st floor (called the consultation room) and 2 places reserved for specific consultations in that room.

" The councilor has also pointed out that "the rest of the services are maintained, such as the extended loan, refunds, use of public computers, reading in the room and consultation in the room up to 50% capacity and interlibrary loan that have already been operating for two years weeks, with the entry into phase 2 of the de-escalation ".
