It is an initiative by which customers in the different commercial areas of our city can win a raffle and be awarded 500 euros to spend in shops in Lorca.The initiative, sponsored by the General Directorate of Commerce of the regional government and the Department of Commerce of the Lorca City Council, has been organized by the Lorca Merchants Union in collaboration with the Lorca Centro Histórico Association, Ceclor and Hostelor.Francisco Morales has stated that "although it has always been an objective of this department to promote purchases in small businesses and advance customer loyalty, after the coronavirus crisis we need to raise awareness more than ever in the purchase and acquisition of products in proximity businesses.
For this, coordination between public administrations and associations is essential to promote local commerce and enjoy our municipality more and more ".In this sense, María José Ros wanted to be able to demonstrate the effort that is being made by all the administrations to help in the recovery of commerce and companies after the COVID-19 crisis.
"From the regional government we are fully aware of the difficulties traders and entrepreneurs are going through, that is why we are launching initiatives such as the Retail Recovery Plan to provide liquidity to small businesses that make up to 10 million euros available through microcredits, as well as the "Ganas de verte" campaign to encourage consumption in local stores.
We are firmly committed to digital transformation and the promotion of electronic commerce, training, advice and technological training for merchants.
