The Councilor for Equality of the City Council of Lorca, Antonia Pérez, announced, this morning, the battery of actions that will be carried out in the municipal building of the hamlet of Campillo, known as 'El Bache'. The mayor of Equality recalled that since last January this building was ceded to the Campillo Women's Association and explained that now "the main intention of this government team is to recover this space and turn it into a place where all the associations of this district, as much the one of the women, as the one of majors and of young people, have their place to develop the activities and that it becomes a meeting point ". Antonia Pérez recalled that Campillo does not have a space of these characteristics in which the different groups can be brought together, in turn giving them a lot of life and promoting the associative fabric, and we believe that this building, which for many years was intended to an educational use, since it was a nursery school, meets the ideal conditions ". Pérez Segura has detailed that the works include the adaptation of the complete toilets, which were for children, for adults, the plumbing installation will be replaced according to the new distribution of the toilets.

As for the electricity work, the mayor has specified that the floor will be changed in one of the rooms, and the adaptation of the electricity installation to solve the lack of power outlets and lighting, will also be carried out the installation of a collective TV antenna and the electrical adaptation of the two toilets to be renovated.
And the outdoor kitchen area will be provided with the necessary installation for a light source and the existing intercom will be repaired.
