The Councilor for Culture of the City of Lorca, María Ángeles Mazuecos, has informed the mayor of the Popular Party, Francisco Javier Martínez, that “from the Department of Culture we have carried out a study and an evaluation of the different possibilities of cultural offer to be developed our municipality according to the health situation in which we find ourselves ”.Mazuecos recalled that "a month ago that the Ministry of Health of the Region of Murcia, decreed that the urban area of ??Lorca is in Phase 1 made more flexible due to the level of contagion by Covid-19 in our municipality, with leisure being greatly reduced and, therefore, and to guarantee the safety of our neighbors, cultural activities were suspended until there is an improvement in the health situation ”.The Councilor for Culture has advanced that "the City Council of Lorca will launch various cultural activities as soon as the situation allows, always complying with all the security measures established by the health authorities and with the aim of going, little by little, resuming the cultural activity in Lorca that due to the circumstances will be almost entirely outdoors ".María Ángeles Mazuecos wanted to thank "the positive proposal that the Popular Party has made this morning and we hope that this is the line to follow, that of collaboration for the good of our neighbors."
