The poet Inma Pelegr n has been awarded the XXIV International Poetry Prize 'Antonio Machado en Baeza' awarded by the City of Baeza (Ja n), with her collection of poems 'All directions'; while Juan de Beatriz has received the 'Emilio Prados' International Poetry Award, convened by the Generación del 27 center of the Diputaci n de Málaga for his book of poems 'Cantar qu '.
The mayor of Lorca, Diego Jos Mateos, has congratulated this morning, at the official reception that took place at the City Hall, the writers from Lorca, Inmaculada Pelegr and Juan de Beatriz for the recent awards they have received.

A prestigious contest to which this edition has presented a total of 183 works from countries as remote as the United States, Slovakia, Ecuador, Mexico, Cuba or France.
