Es absurdo que el Sr.
Mateos plantee la adopci?n de ning?n acuerdo relacionado con la econom?a del Ayuntamiento si no reserva ya los 9,5 millones de euros que es posible que el consistorio pierda, ni ordenanzas fiscales, ni presupuestos.
El actual alcalde lo sab?a desde julio y sigue sin hacer nada, es un suicidio econ?mico. Pacto de municipio. Nosotros ofrecemos mano tendida al resto de partidos para cerrar este par?ntesis y volver a impulsar a Lorca, incluyendo la firma de un Pacto de Municipio que contemple como punto de partida los siguientes acuerdos: 1) Bajada inmediata del IBI aprovechando los 12 millones de euros disponibles en la Tesorer?a del Ayuntamiento y solicitud de un Real Decreto al Gobierno central para mantener en 2021 la bonificaci?n del 50% del IBI. 2) Exigencia del cumplimiento del convenio de tres millones para obras en pedan?as. 3) Bajada de los recibos de agua y recogida de basura. 4) Entrega directa e inmediata de las ayudas de 2.000 euros a aut?nomos, comerciantes y hosteleros. 5) Regreso inmediato de la Polic?a Local a las pedan?as y de las patrullas policiales a pie de calle en el barrio de San Crist?bal. 6) Recuperaci?n de la gesti?n seria y rigurosa en Limusa para mejorar la limpieza y devolver los n?meros positivos a la empresa. 7) Puesta en marcha en el plazo de seis semanas de todas las Juntas de Barrio y Pedan?as, con un presupuesto de 1,5 millones de euros.
Las pedan?as quieren autogestionarse. 8) Reserva "ipso facto" de los 9,5 millones de euros que el ayuntamiento corre riesgo cierto de perder tras la admisi?n a tr?mites del recurso de Iberdrola, y que el actual alcalde ya se ha gastado. 9) Reserva "ipso facto" de los 900.000 euros que tambi?n va a tener que pagar el consistorio por un convenio urban?stico trampa firmado por el PSOE. 10) Puesta a disposici?n inmediata del solar para construir el centro de salud de San Crist?bal en el emplazamiento elegido de la Unidad de Actuaci?n 23.
