But the clock has kept ticking and Mr.
Mateos has not reacted, and now a point of no return has been reached.

La paralizaci�n de todos los tr�mites de estas inversiones, que le dejamos cerradas y preparadas al Sr.
Mateos, constituye un tremendo fracaso.
No est�n en lo importante y en el tiempo que llevan no son capaces de dejarse aconsejar, sino que han respondido a nuestras propuestas constructivas de forma peyorativa, con altivez y soberbia.
El Plan Municipalista que he presentado p�blicamente tiene el objetivo de cerrar el par�ntesis que estamos sufriendo en el ayuntamiento, porque lo que se est� haciendo est� dañando al municipio.
Por culpa del caos en la gesti�n del actual gobierno local, los lorquinos perdemos oportunidades, y encima nos suben los impuestos, se inventan nuevas tasas para vaciarnos a�n m�s el bolsillo, pierden 8,5 millones de bonificaci�n del IBI� Cuanto antes cerremos este par�ntesis en el ayuntamiento, mejor para todos, y cuanto m�s tiempo tengamos que soportarlo, peor para Lorca.
