The Councillors for Development Cooperation and Human Services of the City of Lorca, Mari Carmen Ruiz and Lali Ibarra, participated in the delivery of money that a group of 23 students of IES "Prince of Asturias" obtained in a simulation program cooperatives.
This young company of European educational project of the Departments of Education, Training and Employment and Universities, Business and Research CARM.
Within the course of the project, the students have formed a cooperative school through which they have generated a profit from trading activities undertaken throughout the course.
These benefits, along with a lot of educational material and entertainment have been transferred to the local board of the Spanish Association Against Cancer.
