The Minister of Water, Agriculture and Environment, Adela Martinez-Cacho, met today with the Federation of Neighborhood Associations in the highlands of Lorca with the aim of establishing a partnership to promote and encourage the development of these areas through development of training courses and seminars, among other actions.

The Federation of Neighborhood Associations consists of the districts of Zarzadilla of Totana, Aviles, Coy, Dona Ines, La Paca, Zarcilla and La Parroquia, along with the sites of El Rincón and the Terreras, your goal is economic development and social development of the area, following a community awareness strategy based on regional solidarity.
