Spokesman Young Left Lorca, Pablo Lopez, today proposed that the space is generated after the demolition of the building in the old Commissioner of the National Police ranks will be used for the construction of a youth center that includes a 'hostel' or shelter, serve as alternative accommodation for visitors to the town.
Lopez has said that with the construction of this center "could give a major boost to tourism and the service sector in a municipality that has multiple cultural and environmental attractions."
This would be a multi-purpose center, with rooms for the development of cultural activities organized by the youth of Lorca.
This space, unprecedented in Sun City, also would have a style 'hostel' accommodation, which would serve as incentive tourism and cultural exchange.
This type of property allows greater interaction among guests a traditional activities by providing free or low-cost hotel.
The new center will also include entertainment and dining areas in order to make it a "meeting point" and reference for the youth of Lorca and the region.
In this regard, Lopez has requested from the government to be involved in local youth group design, definition and management of this equipment.
Commemorations of the Second Republic
Young left of Lorca held tomorrow, Friday, the 85th anniversary of the proclamation of the Second Republic with a tribute to the marriage of Ino Martin and Raul Puerta, who was the spokesman of the youth organization, Pablo Lopez, defined as "fighters copies by the freedom".
