Councilwoman Eulalia Ibarra has accompanied children aged 3, 4 and 5 years who are educated in the importance of protecting our natural heritage within a program of environmental awareness of the smallest started a few weeks ago with the school mother of God of Mercy.
The Councillor for Parks and Gardens of the City of Lorca, Eulalia Ibarra, has accompanied this morning to the 150 kindergarten students of Public School Jose Robles of Sun City on a guided tour of the malls, the largest green lung with historical character which has the town.
Ibarra explained that "this journey with children aged 3, 4 and 5 years is part of the program of environmental awareness to the smallest hand municipal technicians, which began a few weeks ago with a similar visit by school school of Mother of God of Mercy ".
Councilwoman Eulalia Ibarra added that "with this itinerary are taught concepts of biology and pollination, but above all the importance of protecting our natural heritage, using in this case the wealth of this green area, which is available on the website of vivirlosparques ".
In this sense, the mayor pointed out that "the City Council of Lorca are making a major effort to empowerment and enhancement of our natural heritage, not only substantially increasing the existing trees, but increasing the number of parks and improving existing ones as malls will own through a program to promote employment ".
