Agents of the National Police have arrested a man in Lorca 45 years as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of serious threats to a former neighbor through an instant messaging application.
The arrested and the victim had been neighbors for about 15 years.
The events began when a complaint filed by a citizen who was being threatened by a exvecino was received, prompting the victim to fear for his life.
The medium used for the threats was the instant messaging application available for mobile phones.
The agents began an investigation to find the owner or user of the mobile phone number from which the threats had been dumped.
After the relevant injunction, the police determined who was the owner of the line, being in this case a company.
Subsequently he learned who the user of that phone was.
A fully identified once proceeded to his location and arrest.
