From City of Lorca has wanted to respond to the accusations made by the PSOE in terms of attention on social services to the residents of villages during the summer.
Municipal sources have pointed out that "these statements are not surprising since the PSOE repeated every year, even knowing that they are false. Once again flaunt sustaining populism over falsehood".
It is completely false that is refusing the attention of social services to the residents of villages during the summer.
As in every summer periods attention it is flexible to serve all applicants with staff available during this time, but always guaranteeing services.
Thus, during the months of July and August attentions in the districts of La Paca and tendrils are made every two weeks, as in Almendricos, La Campana, Puri, Listen and Pozo La Higuera.
It also attends every two weeks in Aviles, Coy and Doña Inés.
The closest to the city center as Torrecilla and Campillo users have reserved two days of care a week at the Department, while users of Virgen de las Huertas, Cazalla and Aguaderas have a worker available one day a week in downtown San Crictóbal.
Finally, users and residents in Morata Ramonete, according to them, are served by appointment in the Department, although receive any emergency social worker's visit to his parish.
In addition, there is always available 2 or 3 social workers on call for emergencies either by telephone or by moving to the county council where their presence is required.
It is sufficient scheduling for a time when the workload is reduced and allows to answer all families with needs, serving them as they deserve.
Therefore, from the city of Lorca PSOE requested that before making a public criticism contrasting information, especially on an issue as important as is the attention from Social Services that the City guarantees throughout the municipality throughout the year without exceptions.
