The 33rd edition of the Official Craft Fair of the Region of Murcia FERAMUR be held between 22 and 25 September with the presence of more than fifty craftsmen, representing various arts and crafts of the Region of Murcia as well as other regions.
FERAMUR repeat this year its location, to still be under construction the future Auditorium and Congress Palace in the Alameda central of the Constitution of Lorca, next to the Avenida Juan Carlos I, the main commercial artery of the city and within walking distance of the train stations (Lorca-Sutullena) and buses.
The fair, which in 2014 was declared Event of Regional Artisan Interest, incorporate this year again, after not having it last for change of location, space for conducting demonstrations and live workshops of various crafts such as wrought iron, pottery or stone carving, among others, which will be organized directly by the Association of Artisans of Lorca.
Visitors can also see other craftsmen procedures such as jewelry, leather goods, glass carving or decoration of fans.
One more year, the Federation of Women of Lorca will be in charge of the food court, which will taste various traditional products made of artisan way, like cakes or codfish.
We will also help to promote the event, with the collaboration of Beacon Park Mall, Lorca.
The opening ceremony will be held on Thursday, September 22 at 12 noon.
As for the schedule of the Fair, will be from 11 am (Thursday, 12 hours) at 14:30 pm, and 17 pm to 22 at night.
