Citizens complaint with the Command of Seprona Civil Guard Lorca and to the Directorate General of Livestock and Fisheries of the Ministry of Water, Agriculture and Environment animal abuse on a farm horses in the street Sutullena, and requests the team government to urge this Council to conduct inspection and other actions necessary for the possible closure of these facilities.

For years there is this farm horses, donkeys-mules-horses, which apparently is with the permissiveness of the administration, in a sorry state and violates existing regulations concerning the keeping of animals considered domestic company and production.
These standards establish the minimum conditions to be met by sanitary equine farms and conditions to ensure animal welfare.
They are specified
路 "Animals should receive a healthy diet that is appropriate to their age and species and in sufficient quantity in order to maintain their good health and satisfy their nutritional needs."
路 "The keeper of an animal shall be obliged to keep it in good sanitary conditions and perform any preventive treatment made mandatory"
Also it prohibits:
路 Mistreat animals or submit to any other practice that may cause them suffering or unjustified damage.
路 Keep in improper installation from the point of health and hygiene or inadequate for the practice of their care view.
路 Denying the power necessary for normal development.
Specifically we see a number of extremely serious problems:
Lack of adequate food.
As can be seen in the attached photos, donkeys have an advanced state of thinness, especially one that presents a worrying weakness, leaning against the wall for support.
Facilities in deplorable and dangerous to the physical integrity of animals sanitary conditions.
These contain junk, garbage, building materials of all kinds, the floor is covered with straw filled with feces, so it does not meet the minimum conditions to house horses, under current legislation.
Helmets with extreme length in some donkeys, showing that the owner is not providing them `farrier care they need.
This omission of hoof care causes pain, suffering and unjustified damage, and probably irreversible physical damage that can lead to death of the animal, if the destruction of the pedal bone (distal phalanx) was irreversible.
From the Municipal Group of Citizens we ask the government team to urge the Ministry of Water, Agriculture and Environment to:
路 Urgent inspection of facilities and the state in which the animals are present there were performed.
路 All animals of the same may be removed and then depositary to the association "El Refugio del Burrito" as an institution willing to host them and provide food and veterinary care they need.
路 The check which has been the fate of the horses that were in those facilities in 2015, where they are now, if they had the regulatory documents and if they were taken with transfer guides issued by official veterinarians.
