The Mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar, representing the City of our city has lamented the death of Luis Gilberto Ochoa, President of the Association of Immigrants for Culture and Solidarity (Intiraymi) which has been informed early this morning .

The mayor also recalled the social contribution made by Ochoa, who has spent his last years in Residence for the Elderly in San Diego.

The association of immigrants solidarity and Intiraymi culture, presiding, organized and delivered the awards "Monsignor Leonidas Proaño", created following the accident in which 12 Ecuadorians died, as a way of thanking people and entities support and collaboration they provide to immigrants.
