The Fencing debut in the Sports Games Guadalentín (25/09/2016)

Since the beginning of 2016 Lorca has Fencing Club, but also with Municipal School of sport.

There is no better way to celebrate the arrival of this activity to the municipality with its debut in the Sports Games Guadalentín, which adds to the wide list of activities on the agenda of the Olympics Lorca.

During the day on Sunday I Torneo Ciudad de Lorca Fencing was held at the Sports Complex Felipe VI, for which 5 tracks that allowed play fighting continuously and making the competition a dynamic and very attractive event for the viewer were marked .

A total of 16 shooters Lorca and Murcia wanted to join this welcome.

From 9 he competed in Absolute Category foil, as well as M-17 and Absolute Sword.

Throughout the morning you could enjoy fighting that Lorca shooters, young and old, showed the many advances made in these few months of training.

But it also was an opportunity for viewers to begin to become familiar with this activity it requires a good dose of strategy and at the same time offers a very visual show.

At 13 hours medals were awarded to the winners completing a debut that developed successfully.
