The Socialists propose to put in place in Lorca figure of participatory budgeting.
A tool that from the PSOE want them to be collective, associations and citizens who decide with their "voice and vote" what to invest a good part of the municipal budget
The second deputy spokesman of the PSOE, Isidro Abellán has presented this morning a selected schedule proposed for implementation in the municipality of figure of participatory budgets in the forthcoming drafting and adoption of municipal accounts for the financial year 2017.
This proposal stems from the many examples of municipalities that for years committed to this tool to "open wide municipal management, ensure spending efficiency and provide real and direct participation to citizens when deciding on why invest much of the municipal budget. "
