The Councillor for Culture of the City of Lorca, Augustine Llamas, with the President of Paso Blue, José María Miñarro, and blue butlers Juan Jose Garcia Minguez and José María Pérez-Muelas Alcázar, presented the "Night of Tenorio" which will be held at the Mass on the night of October 31 and in which collaborates the Department of Culture of the Consistory.
Llamas said that "with the aim of recovering the Spanish traditions, the Blue Paso celebrates this innovative experience that will allow hundreds of Lorca enjoy the immortal work of José Zorrilla in as attractive as are the Mass and the church of San Francisco scenarios thanks the participation of more than 50 actors, all stewards and blue supporters. "
"Night of Tenorio" will be held from 20 pm until dawn.
It is an adaptation of "Don Juan Tenorio" conducted and directed by José María Pérez Muelas collaboration with Maria Ramona Molina Pinar and produced by Juan José García Mínguez.
The work is divided into four acts, represented each by a group of different players in a different part of the environment San Francisco: cloister MASS, courtyard of Our Lady of Lourdes, Temporary Exhibition Hall and the own church of San Francisco.
Viewers will tour the different scenarios following the plot of the play and both enjoying this classic of our literature as the incomparable heritage within San Francisco.
Passes are made every 45 minutes, given the limited capacity, ticket sales is anticipated.
Tickets can be purchased from MASS Thursday at the price of 5 euros, reserving specific time function.
It is an adaptation that respects the most of the work and wants to bring the people of Lorca one of the most universal stories of Spanish literature in a very original way.
