Young entrepreneurs associated with AJE Murcia, participated Thursday in Lorca in a meeting with Alfonso Jimenez, CEO of Jisap.
This initiative has enabled attendees to learn more about the facilities and operation of the company dedicated to the breeding and fattening pig and Iberian white coat, beef production and agriculture.
They have also been able to share experiences and raise concerns one of its top officials, with whom they have reviewed the main daily challenges of business management.
Through these activities, AJE Murcia offers its members the opportunity to learn from the experience of leading companies in different sectors of the hands of their leaders.
In the case of Jisap, it is, by activity and turnover, the first company of Lorca and the 13th of the Region of Murcia (the second operating in the primary sector).
It has a staff of 280 people, 150 employees and 331 professional farmers in their production system.
Other highlights of their activity refer to the parity that exists on its board of directors or his collaborations with Caritas and UNICEF.
Throughout its history, he has received several awards.
Among them are the National Flexible Company Award, granted by the Ministry of Social Affairs, or Antonio Ruiz Gimenez Prize for his policy of prevention of occupational hazards.

20th anniversary of AJE Murcia
AJE Murcia is celebrating its 20th anniversary.
Two decades of working with young entrepreneurs in which he has advised more than 13,000 entrepreneurs and has developed more than 300 initiatives.
These projects include the 11 editions of Murcia Company program, through which has supervised the implementation of 1,220 companies, the BMN Young Entrepreneur Award, more than 400 training activities or more than 50 meetings with leading businessmen of the region .
