After the uncertainty created recently in the population on pensions in Spain, the Yayo de Lorca are carrying out a series of actions aimed at knowing the reality of the problem.
After the "looting" of the pensions market and the growing rumors of cuts on the subject, actions are needed to clarify the current and future state of pensioners' incomes, which in addition and due to the situation of poverty that lives A good part of the country, are the guarantee of the precarious subsistence not only of our elders but of a large part of the Spanish population.
The possible future cuts and even the status quo of pensions, with only an annual increase of 0.25 percent, always lower than the CPI, should force us to take action in defense of our rights.
We believe that the first step to be able to defend our income should be the greatest possible knowledge of what is happening in that battered and plundered bag of pensioners.
For this we have Hector Illueca, labor inspector and Social Security, doctor in law and person very knowledgeable about the subject.
Because it is a topic that concerns the majority of the population we invite all social sectors to participate in this talk-colloquium.
We wait for you.
We also recommend to representatives of political parties their assistance so that they have occasion to explain the content to their affiliates, and people interested in their influence, who are sure to have shown concern about the problem.
-The conference colloquium is titled What about pensions?
- Speaker: Dr. Héctor Illueca, Professor of Law at the University of Valencia and Inspector of Social Security.
- Date: December 2, at 7.30 pm.
- The venue: Assembly hall of the IES Arcas Meca de Lorca
