Rose Mary Güendell is the founder of Yogaly Uganda (Holistic Center for Yoga and Alternative Therapies).
She was also the co-founder of the AlmaYoga Yoga Center in Nicaragua, where she lived for six years.
She is a teacher and practitioner of yoga, meditation "mindfulness" and tai chi, who learned and practiced with great Chinese teachers when she was living in China.
She is a biologist by profession, naturalist guide and environmental educator;
Is certified by the Yoga Alliance.
He currently resides in Kampala, Uganda, where he teaches meditation workshops, massages, yoga retreats and participates in Yoga festivals and health days.
