Rivera said that the image currently offered by the Guadalentín river between the Peñica park and the railway bridge, as it passes through the city, after the last intense rains of the weekend "will be completely transformed thanks to the project of Urban renewal of Santa Clara Avenue ", which will also include the streets of the Miguel Ángel and Fajardo El Bravo residential areas.
The head of the Department of Development said that the urban area of ​​the river Guadalentín "will once again be an area of ​​local enjoyment when the planned action is completed, whose project-work is endowed with 2.7 million euros in the budgets presented by the Regional Government for 2017 and is scheduled to be put out to bid this year.
