A few months ago police officers of the Police National Police of Lorca were aware, by owners of mechanical workshops, the strong competition exercised by establishments that, without any type of permits and / or licenses, are engaged in the repair of cars With prices below the market.
These types of companies carry out their activities outside the law, the so-called submerged economy.
As a result of this information, a device was set up to randomly inspect various mechanical workshops in the region in collaboration with the Labor Inspectorate of the Region of Murcia.
The result of this operation resulted in the location of two illegal workshops;
Both lacking any kind of licenses and legal formalities, also violating applicable regulations and lacking all their workers with a labor contract without being registered in the Social Security Regime.
In addition, one of the workers was in an irregular situation in Spain, since he did not have a residence permit, so he proceeded to his arrest and opening of the file.
