The Organization Secretary of the PSOE in Lorca, Jose Luis Ruiz Guillén has invited the citizens of Lorca to a talk that the Socialist Group of the municipality has organized for this Thursday, February 9 at 8 pm in the Cultural Center of the City, with The objective of informing those affected by the land clauses and mortgage expenses on the steps to follow in order to claim the overpaid at the time of formalizing their mortgages.
The talk, which will start at 20 hours, will be given by the lawyer, specialist in Financial Law, Joaquín Martínez Salmerón.
Ruiz Guillén has insisted on the "open, public and gratuitous" character of this activity, with which, from the Socialist Group, they intend to help the affected people to possess all the necessary information in order to complain to the banks.
Ruiz Guillén has encouraged the whole of Lorca citizens to attend this conference, while appealing to those affected to "claim what is fair" through the path that has opened, following the agreement recently approved in The Congress of Deputies, thanks to the initiative of the PSOE, after echoing the numerous demands raised by those affected.
Ruiz Guillén recalled that, at the request of the Socialist Group, the Congress of Deputies has given the green light to open an extrajudicial procedure that "guarantees the rights acquired by consumers in the courts, and at the same time allows affected citizens to Collect fast, free of charge, without deductions, and also do not have to pay any kind of surcharge or interest on late payment to the public treasury.
