The Councilor for Recruitment in the City of Lorca, Juan Francisco Martínez, has reported that this municipal area is currently processing a battery of files for the award of different contracts and works for our city that involve an economic sum at 1,507,008 , 75 euros.
Martínez Carrasco explained that these are several procedures including the service of a course for development and artistic expression for older people, which has been commissioned to a Lorca company for 8,074 euros, as well as the technical service for the production of cultural shows At the Teatro Guerra during this year, and which will also be provided by a company in our city with a general budget of 236,000 euros.
We are talking, in both cases, of files that have already been awarded.
The Edil de Contratación has also indicated that three other contracts are already in the stage of administrative adjudication.
This is the infrastructure improvement works in the Grajalva and Rodenas Travesía Streets of San Cristóbal neighborhood, which entails an investment of 120,804.97 euros, as well as those of the Cabezo Las Palas, Travesía and Escuelas streets, which will entail A budget of 329,081.52 euros.
In this same process is the service contract for the Program for older people in education in health and quality of life, which provides for an investment of 27,708.56 euros.
Martinez Carrasco has explained that the file is also being processed in connection with the procedure for the award of the works for the improvement of the street Charco and adjacent, located in the San Cristóbal neighborhood, by means of an open procedure, and which carry an economic amount of € 681,842.70 .
The Edil de Contratación has anticipated that this municipal area is already working on the next processing of the Safety and Health Plan of the works for the improvement of Calle Calvario Viejo Barrio de San Cristóbal, as well as in the formalization of the contract for the realization of the Complementary service of the development and operation of cultural programming of the Popular University of Lorca.
This is a task carried out by the War Theater Company for an amount of 60,500 euros,
The Councilor for Hiring has explained that the procedure that the City Council is met to proceed with the hiring and award of these works contemplates the call for Tables of Contracting for this purpose.
At its first meeting, the work is purely administrative, proceeding to the opening of the bids submitted by the concurrent companies.
In a second meeting they are valued technically and / or economically to propose their final adjudication.
The Recruitment Tables are chaired by the Councilor of the area, and it includes representatives of the political groups with municipal representation, the Municipal Auditor, the Chief of legal area of ​​the Consistory, in addition, the person responsible for the recruitment service and staff This same Council.
