The councilor of the PSOE in the City of Lorca, Antonio Navarro has announced the positive vote of his group to the motion that the Popular Group will present in defense of the interconnection of the desalination plants of the Segura Basin, although he has assured that it is a "New toast to the sun" PP, because with his motion "the popular are not able to compromise any measure to ensure the arrival of water to irrigators and farmers of Lorca."

In fact, he adds, "they only urge the Ministry of Agriculture to study the interconnection of desalination and reservoirs in the area."
